The Saint Louis Women’s Chorale Gives Regional Premiere of Here I Am

Join the STLCW for their first concert of the season featuring the multimedia regional premiere of Jocelyn Hagen’s Here I Am – a spellbinding salute to 47 trail-blazing women ­­– our stage will come alive with visionaries, healers, warriors, and inventors who have shaped history. Music and lyrics intertwine with newly commissioned portraits by seven female artists, flooding the stage with vivid images of their courage and creativity.

As a part of this regional premiere, Jocelyn Hagen will be in attendance for the performance where she will give a pre-concert presentation and speech about the work itself. After the performance she will attend the reception where you have the chance to meet and talk with her and discuss the inner workings of Here I Am.
